My Prayer
If you say my life, you love
But still, you poison my eye
Thus, do not glance above
At God Almighty since you lie
God said my eye is the Lamp
revealing the fly of doves
Bringing peace to every camp
Sheltering those whom He loves
Indeed, was the finest creation
Within any warm body, the eye
Letting see the fascination
Of our dreams beneath the sky!
Thus, “The Lamp of my Body
My eye is” points the Scripture,
But without repentance, I am sorry,
You will remain a dark creature!
Un twenty-two of February
While I was softly hypnotized
My eye was stabbed mercilessly
Despite the oath someone memorized
That twenty-two of February
I will always remember
Was committed a barbarity
Like the eleventh-old September
It is true that both events
Shadowed my path on earth
But God ruling from heavens
Cleaned my dreams since my birth
